Myra Castañeda-Selva, Founder, LMFT
Myra is the founder of Amity Executive Therapy and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and businesses from around the globe.
With expertise in individual and relational therapy, Myra brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in evidence-based mental health practices. As a clinician, she is dedicated to her ongoing education and professional development in the field of mental health, staying current with the latest research and methods.
Over the last decade, Myra has honed her specialty in working with entrepreneurs, partnering with top incubators, VC funds, and privately backed companies. She holds a degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northwestern University, a renowned institution in the field.
Nicole Garelick, Founder Consultant
Nicole joined the Amity team as our Founder Consultant. She received her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University, before going on to start her own company, and then moving into a career in the HR Tech space.
Her in-depth knowledge of the startup world and experiences offer a unique perspective for clients. Nicole's goal is to help clients find purpose and balance at work, helping them highlight their strengths to have fulfilling relationships in their working environments that fill them up at the end of the day.
